The guided-study course curriculum:

Weekend students- Do the pretest and lessons 1-10 prior to weekend class. Do lessons 11-23 after the class.

Multi-week students- Do the pretest and lessons 1-2 prior to first class session, then do lessons as assigned in the course syllabus. Tutoring students- Do the pretest and lessons 1-2 prior to your first meeting, or as assigned by your tutor.
